1-2-3…Jump! I think this photo series sums up 2.5 year old children really well. I was cracking up while editing them.
And what’s in here? Hmmmm….only holding still long enough to see if there really is a crab in the rocks. No crab; he told me he did see a pirate.

Windansea is arguably the most photogenic beach in San Diego. It’s always different ~ different shades of moss on the rocks, tides and waves with a mind of their own, new shades of blue to take you to Paradise. Oh yeah, and photo opps with Pro-Surfers like Shayne McIntyre!!! We might have been there for Matt & Amiee’s maternity photos, but I’m pretty sure the shot with Shayne will be their favorite!

Before little McKinley makes her way into this world soon, Shannele & Mike wanted to do some family and belly photos on the beach. We actually had to reschedule this maternity photo session from the morning before due to iffy weather. Looks like we made the right call ~ this afternoon at La Coast Walk was amazing! Here is just a sneak peak, with more to come shortly:
Back in December, we ran out of daylight when shooting family portraits for these cuties. So, this was our make-up session for Teddy & Lola’s portraits at the Catamaran Resort…(click on images to see the full gallery)
This busy family of 7, including baby Lilly and her 4 siblings hit up Windansea Beach and The Shack for some family portraits on the sand before they depart for Japan. They wanted a momento of their time here in San Diego, and all the fun days spent at the beach. Although it was overcast, windy and cold, these kids were so sweet and well behaved – kuddos to their Mom & Dad!
We knew that it was time to wrap it up when a tsunami came through…
and when Lilly said ALL DONE! (ha, ha!)
The Murphy Boy’s brought it big time to our family portrait session at Petco Park last Sunday! Look how cute and fun these little rascals are…
