This busy family of 7, including baby Lilly and her 4 siblings hit up Windansea Beach and The Shack for some family portraits on the sand before they depart for Japan. They wanted a momento of their time here in San Diego, and all the fun days spent at the beach. Although it was overcast, windy and cold, these kids were so sweet and well behaved – kuddos to their Mom & Dad!
We knew that it was time to wrap it up when a tsunami came through…
and when Lilly said ALL DONE! (ha, ha!)
HAPPY-HAPPY-JOY-JOY! Enough said.
The M was actually there on the barn wall, just waiting all this time for us to discover it and take the Mitchell family’s picture in front of it. Bernardo Winery
Happiness is ~ ~ ~ hanging out with the Roppe’s. And this morning in particular, we spent at Bernardo Winery taking advantage of their fall leaves and old barn wood walls. Besides photos, we spent time getting giddy over the fact that LAURA’S BOOK, “ROCK’N THE PINK” IS NOW AVAILABLE ON PRE-ORDER THROUGH AMAZON. HOLY AWESOMENESS!!! I wish that I had a dollar for every time Laura gave me goosebumps.
Last weekend was such a blast for me. I got to work with several of my families that are also personal friends, and who have helped me hone my photo skills over the years. We hit up Bernardo Winery, with their cool barns, vineyards, cobblestone walkways and fall leaves to serve as the backdrop. I am SO glad that we did!
I met the Humphreys’ at Windansea Beach in La Jolla the day after Thanksging for family photos on the beach. What a great representation of what the holiday is all about – a joyful family thankful for their time together. Lucky me to have the opportunity to capture their ever expanding group!
