Tara and Nigel came all the way out to San Diego to have their ceremony at the stunning LDS Temple, and then we headed down to Windansea Beach in La Jolla just before sunset to take a few more pictures. I feel so lucky that asked me to take these photos. This is just a tiny sneak peak at the memorable beauty of these North Carolinian’s special wedding and family vacation/celebration…
1-2-3…Jump! I think this photo series sums up 2.5 year old children really well. I was cracking up while editing them.
And what’s in here? Hmmmm….only holding still long enough to see if there really is a crab in the rocks. No crab; he told me he did see a pirate.

Windansea is arguably the most photogenic beach in San Diego. It’s always different ~ different shades of moss on the rocks, tides and waves with a mind of their own, new shades of blue to take you to Paradise. Oh yeah, and photo opps with Pro-Surfers like Shayne McIntyre!!! We might have been there for Matt & Amiee’s maternity photos, but I’m pretty sure the shot with Shayne will be their favorite!

Hey~hey ~ what a day! I was chosen as one of the featured photographers for the current issue of Nuptials Bridal Magazine! The publisher had seen my work at a bridal show and said the my use of colors really caught her eye. There are so many amazing photographers out in the market place, and I’m just really awed that she thought that her readers would like seeing my work.
Check out my images on Pages 6, 12 and the full page spread on 13/14!
